Neeral Bhatt

What would it be like to live on the space station portrayed on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine? The work in this show is inspired by the lore and set design of the TV series. It is a reflection on the allure of science fiction and fantasy, and an attempt to understand its pull.

Neeral Bhatt is an artist based in Essex. She recently participated in a digital residency with Mineral House Media, and has shown work in Dodomu Gallery’s online exhibitions ‘Colour Field: Blue’ and ‘Lines and Other Forms’. The mediums she is currently exploring include text, textiles, digital drawing and painting.
